The Malaysian Oil, Gas and Energy Services Council (MOGSC) is the largest industry association representing Malaysia’s Oil, Gas and Energy sector. Established in 2003, MOGSC has over 600 corporate and associate members spanning the entire supply chain and representing about 60,000 workers. Our mission is to promote and enhance the visibility of our members while engaging with stakeholders, industry associations, and government agencies for the benefit of the industry. Guided by four key focus areas—addressing market liquidity, promoting fair and sustainable contracting, championing local capabilities and global expansion, and driving active participation in the energy transition and ESG adoption—MOGSC serves as a trusted reference for both government and media.
