CNOOC (Tianjin) Pipeline Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., founded in April 2011, is a national high-tech enterprise and the only professional key laboratory in China dedicated to subsea-pipeline-safety assurance. Headquartered in Tianjin’s Binhai New Area, we integrate three core modules—quality control, O&M and digitalization—to deliver full-life-cycle, tailor-made solutions for subsea and onshore pipelines, cables and risers. Our 160+ capital projects have covered 3,500 km of subsea pipelines (400 km flexible), 600 km of land lines, 500 km of subsea cables, 20+ offshore platforms and 400,000 t of OCTG. Holding CNAS, CMA, NDT, surveying and anti-corrosion qualifications, we have authored 46 standards (2 national) and own 150 IPs (38 invention patents, 50 software copyrights). We operate China’s first DP-2 dedicated pipeline-inspection vessel “Offshore Oil 791”, self-developed ultrasonic & MFL ILI tools, EMART wall-thickness skid (≤0.0125 mm error) and a fully localized acoustic leak-detection array (±50 m location, <2 % false alarm). Services cover route survey, baseline & risk assessment, corrosion screening, chemical-agent evaluation, failure analysis, in-situ RTP pull-through repair, smart pigging, ROV/AUV inspection, real-time leak/corrosion monitoring and big-data integrity management.
